Safety Management System Development:

Fusion can assist a client by creating a new or modifying an existing safety management system. Systems are modelled of known systems structures such as ISO 18001; AS4801 or SS506. There is a specific emphasis on ensuring both client minimum requirements and legal compliance requirements are meet.

First Alert Incident Response & Investigation:

​

Fusion provides competent incident response, incident management and investigation on an as needs basis. We support clients with all aspects of incident response from first response; through to detailed investigation and close.

Business Compliance Program (BCP):

​

The BCP is an integration of Fusion’s audits, assessments, and compliance initiatives/protocol into a single Program. The program assists clients where there is a need to ensure compliance to a particular work process requirement. Fusion not only can provide Safety and Health compliance, but also Environmental and Quality compliance. Please note that Fusion Safety Management is a registered auditing company with the Ministry of Manpower.

The Audit process

1) Pre-audit

​

•Request for quote by auditee

•Acceptance of quote by auditee

•Determining audit time, audit team and assignment

•Preparation of audit plan and its approval by applicant

​

2) Onsite 

​

•Opening meeting

•Evidence based assessment of SHMS ( Document check, Physical inspection & Interview of personnel)

•Evaluation of findings

•Closing meeting

​

3) Post audit

​

•Prepare audit report and testimony

•Submit audit report to WSH Council or MOM

​

An acknowledgement of receipt of the request, complaint or feedback will be sent to the sender. Fusion Safety Management will evaluate any received complaint and take necessary action(s) to address the complaint. Fusion Safety Management will provide correspondence to the complainant on the action(s) taken
