Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP) ™:

The (CSMP) is a start-to end process developed to measure, recommend, and provide ongoing solutions related to Safety, Health and Environment at every phase of a project. At Fusion, we feel that frontend work and project setup is essential to successful performance, so many of our tools are focused around pre-contract through to initial construction set up.  Other tools we implement focus on field management and extend through to project closeout. We supplement our CSMP with our other solutions as required.

Fusion Assistance & Support Team (FAST)™: 

Our FAST program is the full or part time deployment of our experienced safety professionals to a client’s project. We have the capacity and experience to take a lead role on projects with a complete FAST team, or augment clients already established project structure.
