In Singapore, the programmes are aligned to the Singapore Ministry of Manpower CultureSAFE programme.

This programme covers the process of creating cultural change to achieve a strong, positive safety culture. It is designed for those who need a road map: tools to transform fundamental assumptions behind the way safety is perceived and practiced by employees and management at all levels of the organizations.
