Leadership is one of the key elements of any health and safety program success. Our Leadersafe program looks at leadership as a whole. We assist clients in aligning all levels of leadership around a common goal, not only creating safety and health awareness, but influencing leader behaviour to make safety a desirable part of their activities.

 

We help clients clarify leadership intent through visioning workshops, then work with the clients to enhance safety leadership ability implementing organisational development and coaching as required.

We provide support enabling Leadership Alignment; Organisational Development (LOD) Leadersafe Training and individual Coaching through the Leadersafe Hero Code Program.
